"Very disappointing experience. It appears the team is handling more work than they can manage efficiently. I interacted with Priyanka, who was unable to arrange samples even when I clearly stated that I was ready to book and pay for the porter myself. Despite assuring me that she would call once she reached the office, I was repeatedly told, “I’ll call you tomorrow,” citing that the dispatch team had already left. This was even after I explained that I might be finalizing the order by the next day and therefore needed the samples urgently. By 5 PM, it seemed the entire office had shut down, with no effort made to even enquire about the potential order size or show interest in converting a serious lead. This lack of initiative is surprising and disappointing. Staff attitudes like this can seriously let business owners down. And if she happens to be the owner herself, then it’s unfortunate and concerning for the brand. Overall, a very poor experience. And I just read the closing time is 7pm. Sad!"
